We use trusted courier services, including PostEx, to deliver your orders. Once the order is dispatched, the shipment is handled by the courier service.

Failed Delivery

Customers are requested to provide accurate contact and address details at the time of placing an order. In case of failed delivery due to incorrect information or unavailability of the customer, KAEL reserves the right to charge additional delivery costs for re-shipment.
