Refund & Exchange Policy

At KAEL, we aim to make sure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

No Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds for any order. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be refunded.

Exchanges Only

We only offer exchanges in cases where the item is received damaged, defective, or in the wrong size. We do not accept returns, and we do not offer refunds. All exchange requests are subject to review and approval.

Exchange Request Period

Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the matter promptly.

Item Condition

To be eligible for exchange, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition. The item must also have its tags, packaging, and proof of purchase intact. Items that have been used, damaged by the customer, altered, or returned in poor condition will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us with your order number, clear photos or video, and a short explanation of the issue. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange the next steps for exchange.

Size Exchange

If you need a different size, we may allow an exchange subject to stock availability. If the required size is not available, we may offer another available option of similar value.

Shipping Charges for Exchanges

If the issue is caused by our side, such as a damaged or incorrect item, we will guide you accordingly. If the exchange is requested because of a size issue or customer preference, shipping costs may be charged to the customer.

All exchange requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. KAEL reserves the right to reject any request that does not meet the conditions of this policy.
